Opportunities in Jiangsu Province 1. Job Description: •Prepare for every lesson before the class, and ensure that classes start at the scheduled time. •Teach according to guidelines provided by the organizations. •Use teaching software after training. •Submit lesson plans for each week to the Academic Manager every Sunday. •Attend compulsory weekly workshops. •Provide feedback on his/her observations of students to the supervisory teacher. •Communicate with parents of students with the help of local teacher if necessary concerning the welfare of individual students. •Endeavor to give every child the opportunity to reach their potential and meet high expectations. 2. Job Requirements: •Native English speakers with bachelor degree or higher. •A passion for education. •More than two years teaching experience is preferred. •Standard pronunciation and good at motivating children’ s interest in learning. •Teaching qualifications such as TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred. •Be honest, caring, responsible, progressive, creative and cooperative. •Full time work: 32 working hours per week including 20 teaching hours and 12 preparatory hours in school. 3.
