As the first overseas CPD training centre for teachers for Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, Suman has developed close links with provincial and local governments in the province which has a population of 78 million and the third highest GDP among China’s provinces. Such a link therefore opens up a huge market for UK organisations working with us. Suman is also a key member of the Sino-British Education Consortium which promotes cultural and educational exchanges between the two countries. In this role Suman has been responsible for sponsoring and organising events and activities for these exchanges.

We have also helped dozens of schools to forge sister-school links in order to lead and organise mutual visits and exchange programmes. Suman has a broad range of social networks and our premises has become a hub for Sino-British exchange, frequently hosting visits from local council representatives, mayors, business leaders, schools and the Consul General of the PRC. Working with local schools, colleges and universities has also enabled Suman to establish close links within local community.

Under the motto of ‘Investing in People and Continued Innovation’ and believing in greater accountability, professionalism, efficiency, team spirits with good quality and management systems, Suman aims at promoting the Chinese educational system to be fully involved within the international arena, and providing a wide platform for Sino-British educational, economic, social and cultural exchanges and corporation. Our work will act as a stepping-stone for better understanding, friendship and public relations between Britain and China.

Suman always works in the public eye organising Charitable events and collections with the British general public for important needs such as the Chinese Earthquake Fund Relief and the Snow Disaster. Suman staff together with the Chinese teachers attending the training programme made careful preparations for the event and spent the whole day in Manchester city centre collecting.Suman also supported the Chinese Disabled Artists Troupe in their efforts for the Chinese Earthquake Relief Fund event as well as in the Snow Disaster Relief Fund event in Manchester.
