A Taste of Jiangnan: An Evening of Changzhou Cuisine
To celebrate the Chinese New Year, Peacock London will host a special evening showcasing the flavours and culinary traditions of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province.
The event will welcome culinary professionals from the Changzhou Catering and Culinary Association, who will present a specially prepared menu inspired by the refined tastes of Jiangnan cuisine.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience authentic Changzhou dishes, learn more about the region’s food culture and enjoy a festive evening of Chinese hospitality.
With its experience in China–UK cultural exchange and its connection with Peacock London, Suman Education International is helping to coordinate the visiting delegation and support the organisation of the event.
The evening will bring together guests from the cultural, business and hospitality sectors to celebrate Chinese New Year through food, music and cultural exchange.
