1. Job Description
Teach oral English regularly at either a state elementary school (Grade 1-6, aging from 6 to 13), a state junior school (Grade 7-9, aging from 13 to 16) or a state high school (Grade 10-12, aging from 15 to 18) in Beijing, with a class size of about 35-45 students.
• Approximately 20 hours of teaching per week, 20 weeks each term, two terms each school year.
• Support and assist in the continuous development and enrichment of coursework, including participation in extra-curricular activities and regular communication and collaboration with other faculties and staff.
• Other opportunities including training, observation, experiencing and public-benefit activities, based on teachers’ performance

2. Pay and Allowance
• Monthly income pre-tax: about RMB 12000-15000 per month (in accordance with teacher's qualification, work experience and the employer as well)
• Airfare Subsidy (one return ticket, at most RMB13000)
• Vacation Leave: Chinese public holidays plus school holidays
• Social Insurance (Health insurance included)
• Accommodation Allowance: approximately between RMB 2000-4000.

3. Requirements and Qualifications
• A TESOL or TEFL certificate or a minimum of two years of English teaching experience and able to provide valid proof of work
• A native speaker of English from an English speaking nation
• With bachelor degree or above

1. Job Description:
• Prepare for every lesson before the class, and ensure that classes start at the scheduled time.
• Teach according to guidelines provided by the organizations.
• Use teaching software after training.
• Submit lesson plans for each week to the Academic Manager every Sunday.
• Attend compulsory weekly workshops.
• Provide feedback on his/her observations of students to the supervisory teacher.
• Communicate with parents of students with the help of local teacher if necessary concerning the welfare of individual students.
• Endeavor to give every child the opportunity to reach their potential and meet high expectations.

2. Job Requirements:
• Native English speakers with bachelor degree or higher.
• A passion for education.
• More than two years teaching experience is preferred.
• Standard pronunciation and good at motivating children’ s interest in learning.
• Teaching qualifications such as TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred.
• Be honest, caring, responsible, progressive, creative and cooperative.
• Full time work: 32 working hours per week including 20 teaching hours and 12 preparatory hours in school.

3. Pay and other allowance:
• Competitive salary (RMB9000-18000 per month, depending on qualifications)
