Jiangsu Teachers Take Part in Advanced Professional Development Programme in the UK
From 3 to 19 September 2025, Suman Education International welcomed four groups of primary and secondary school teachers from Jiangsu Province to the UK for an advanced professional development programme.
During their stay, the teachers took part in lectures, workshops, school visits and professional discussions with British educators. The programme covered a range of topics, including teaching practice, school leadership, curriculum development, student wellbeing and international education.
Suman’s UK team coordinated the academic programme and local arrangements for all four groups, including institutional visits, accommodation, transport and on-site support.
The programme gave participants the opportunity to learn more about the UK education system, exchange ideas with local professionals and reflect on approaches that could support future school development in China.
The visit also strengthened educational links between Jiangsu and the UK and created further opportunities for teacher training, school partnerships and international exchange.
